The Team

Founded by the team behind Sum Yung Guys, Peli’s offers a dynamic dining experience focused on share-style dishes, a custom-built charcoal grill, and an inviting coastal atmosphere. Peli’s also features a 40-seat private dining room with unparalleled water frontage, making it a premier venue for intimate events on the Sunshine Coast. Peli’s is the brainchild of celebrated restaurateurs Matt Sinclair, Michael Rickard, and Jeremiah Jones. Known for their culinary innovation and first class hospitality, the trio aims to bring a fresh and unforgettable dining experience to Noosa.

Jeremiah Jones, who has a well-known passion for design and branding, has led the charge in creating the restaurant’s ambiance. Peli’s boasts a modern Mediterranean coastal vibe, enhanced by the use of natural materials and warm tones, creating a perfect backdrop for both casual dining and special events. With literally tonnes of natural stone used throughout the venue—from the entryway to the wine wall, bar tops, and even the bathrooms—the design promises to captivate.
